Ahh, self-care. Such the buzzword these days, eh? Move, rest, eat, don’t eat, clear your mind, do puzzles. So confusing 🙂 Here’s my short list of favorite things to do to unwind:
- Read (ahem, I don’t always fall asleep)
- Stare at my phone (not the best idea, but I’m being honest)
- Wrap in my fuzzy robe and socks for a few minutes
- Favorite reruns of shows
- Massage (you knew I was going to say that!)
