How Do You Unwind?

Ahh, self-care. Such the buzzword these days, eh? Move, rest, eat, don’t eat, clear your mind, do puzzles. So confusing 🙂 Here’s my short list of favorite things to do to unwind:

  • Read (ahem, I don’t always fall asleep)
  • Stare at my phone (not the best idea, but I’m being honest)
  • Nap!
  • Wrap in my fuzzy robe and socks for a few minutes
  • Color
  • Favorite reruns of shows
  • Massage (you knew I was going to say that!)

    What do you like to do? Run? Yoga? Nap? Knit?
