Ah, yes. Another to-do list to add to the three you already have 😉 Where do you prioritize yourself on the lists? Do you consider your health and well-being? Or only the things you “need” to do?
Do you suffer from frequent headaches? Do you find yourself exhausted before the end of the day even though you haven’t done much? Are you grumpy more than you’re not?
Adding a few simple tasks to your day can improve your quality of life! Yes, your quality of life. Who doesn’t want to feel a little better every day?
First of all, are you eating? I’m not going to tell you how to eat, I’m not qualified for that. I will tell you, though, fueling your body daily is important. Maybe try not to skip meals so much.
Do you have a hobby or something you like to do for fun? Add a bit more of that into your day. Leave the dishes in the sink and read a chapter, go for a walk, geek out on a video game, color, knit, run, pull weeds, play in the dirt. Whatever makes you feel like YOU.
Massage for Headaches
Regular maintenance massage could reduce the frequency of tension headaches. Heat, massage, and rest are the perfect combination to reset your brain and body. Regular work on the neck and shoulders loosens the tightness on the back of your skull. Fewer headaches. Better mood.

If you ever watched Friends you know what I’m talking about. When she went running with Rachel, Phoebe sprinted like a child in the throes of happiness! Maybe you don’t run, but it’s a nice approach to the day. Throw your thoughts out, smile big, and conquer your day. 🙂
